Old!
Jenny, one of my 2nd Grade piano students, asked me this afternoon, "When you were a young girl, what was your favorite computer game, like on the internet - your favorite website?"Me: "My favorite website...? Um...the internet wasn't around when I your age!"
Ack! Makes me feel so old! : P

LOL!! That is funny. We didn't have internets until I was in the 8th grade. LOL
Just think, we didn't even know what a cell phone was when we were younger. ;) (At least I didn't...)

This made me laugh! As I watch the marketing of the new "Blu Ray DVD," I realize that in my lifetime I have used 8-track tapes, cassette tapes, 33 records, CD's, color telelvision, 8mm film movies, video tapes, DVD's, and now I watch or listen to mostly anything instantly online! I don't even think of myself as that old, but the things I can remember are telling the truth!
Funny how each of these gets us all excited, as if it was THE new innovation to beat all others. How silly we are!
Cute:) I can't wait till you're home! :D so soon! See ya then! :))))
So cute! My little cousins were awed a few years ago by my car that didn't have power windows. They stared at the window cranks, wondering what they were, and then enjoyed the novelty of manually raising and lowering them. :)
I wonder what our kids will think of us?

Add on to Lisa's list black & white TV and "78" records, and phones that certainly were not portable...even some were party lines.
